Fighting Fit Boot Camp
Warm Up
25 Wall Push Ups
25 Squats
10 Lunge (each leg)
25 Roulette
25 Burpees
Sand Bag (25lb) Clean and Press
Overhead Sand Bag with Lunge (each side)
1 rep x 25

1-3 sets of
25 mountain climbers
25 Jump Squats
25 Ice skaters
25 Mountain climbers
400 Meter run with sand bag
cool off
walk/stretch
Really loved the sprint with the sand bags- LOL
