Water Challenge

I challenge you to kick out bad soda/tea habits !!!


Its recommended 64 ounces of water a day.
Today I hit 80!!!
holy potty break central during class this evening
Not to mention some seriously clear pee
{TMI? < Get over it, its just pee}
I am only drinking water,
and a combination of my shakes x2 a day
If you get board with that--
add some - or a lot
nom nom nom
Instead of ordering soda or tea at restaurants
ill ask for lemons and make lemonade minus the sugar,
so I get a little flavor in my drink
