
{excuse the unmade bed and sloppy hair, I mean its before 7 am and i've already got my work out in and made a shake, hello...}
The shakes alone are NOT awesome, so I had to figure a way to get them down.
So here it is
1 scoop Blueberries and Creme
1 scoop Vanilla
1 hand full strawberries
cup of ice
cup of water (more of less) till you reach thickness you desire
PS. You know your guilty of weighing yourself first thing in the morning, after you pee, butt naked while you suck in. Well I do anyway, but last night I weighed myself after consuming 80 ounces of water I thought for sure it would be a disappointing number but I was at 113!

Motivation to get my ass up at 5am to Boot Camp since the husband has a game tonight I wouldn't make it to the night session.
