Measurements and Fit Test is Thursday

Warm up:
150 jumping Jacks
30 squats
stretch
Work out:
3 minutes/ 30 sec intervals
Sand Bag Clean and Press
side lunge's with medicine ball
3 minute / 30 second interval
walking lunges with medicine ball
medicine ball slam overhead (WAY TO TAKE OUT AGGRESSION)
3minute/ 30 second interval
jumping jacks
squat ball throw up wall
"Cool down":
10-30meter sprints
stretching
Needless to say I was soaked in sweat and I loved it.
And home to squat and pick weeds for 20 minutes,
my legs are sure to be sore tomorrow whooot!
