1 more pound down!

Down to 111 lbs! Hooray!
And while browsing the other heats in the mud run, I found my second dive into the Mud! Images 524-538! Pretty fun man!
Now I'm off to the gym for some 24 S.E.T !!! Love this because it incorporates some step Aerobics, not much but enough to tickle my fancy!
24 S.E.T.™ - as seen on NBC's The Biggest Loser
Strength endurance training (S.E.T) is a cardio/strength combination class that alternates strength training exercises with step cardio training to sculpt every major muscle group. Try 24 S.E.T. for a truly balanced workout that will get your heart pumping.

Patriot Game Obstacles

My Shower Hates met

Today I woke up nice and well rested, thanks to my new prescription to ambien (due to night terrors, a little old for those I know..)
Got to the race WAY early, good thing cause its was a big cluster ____. You will in the blank. It was the first race they organized so I guess ill give them that.
Met with a fellow racer from Survival Race back in April & another new racer, whom I'm sure ill be racing with again.
First off, the line was outrageously long, and packets for preregistration weren't even together (and they have been advertising this event for months now, hello)
They didn't have enough, or all of there chip timers, and THERE WAS NO WHISTLE, HORN, GUN SHOT, or anything at the beginning of the heat times.
I just luckily realized everyone started and caught up.
I didn't wear any silly costume or dress up funny, although I strongly suggest it because you will get more photos taken of you. (And there were not many photographers at each obstacle, disappointing...)
Anyway, I ran and ran and ran, and didn't let my tired weak legs stop, I was pretty proud. Several times throughout the race people were walking and I always encouraged them to keep going, at the end of the race someone thanked me for it to. It was a good feeling.
I finished 3rd over all female and 1st in my age group! 28:12, NOT BAD, but not great. I KNOW I can do better, but considering there were I think like 12 obstacles and I had to swim through as nasty pond (gag, I hate water) I think I did well.
Nice but bent over on the right haha
